Who You Work With

Senior operating and simulation expertise on every engagement, no junior analysts, no handoffs.

George Stelling

CEO and Founder

George Stelling founded Brilliant Build to give leaders decision-grade simulation before they commit capital, people, or time. Over 30+ years, he has driven $1.4B+ in documented value creation across 25+ engagements for private-equity sponsors and Fortune 500 companies, as an operating partner and interim CIO, COO, and CFO.

He served as NVIDIA's first CIO, helping scale the business from $1B to $4.5B in revenue with a 10x improvement in EBITDA during his tenure. Earlier, at ON Semiconductor, he led lean and capital-budgeting programs across a multi-fab operation, governing CAPEX, consolidating facilities, and improving gross margin.

That operating background is the foundation of Brilliant Build's work. For a private-equity-owned global manufacturer, he built a FlexSim factory simulation that prioritized CAPEX and unlocked a one-time cash benefit and a multi-point gross-margin gain. For a digital marketing company, he built an AnyLogic model to test staffing and growth scenarios before the firm committed to hiring, the exact decisions Brilliant Build now delivers as products across physical and service operations.

George is Bain-trained, holds an MBA from Dartmouth's Tuck School and a BA from Cornell (magna cum laude), and is MIT Sloan AI-certified. He personally designs every Brilliant Build engagement, supported by a vetted network of simulation specialists and best-in-class platforms.
